cold chamber hydraulic system

The high-and-low pressure double pump of high performance and low noise can save energy and improve productivity; Japanese Yuken proportional pressure valves and proportional flow valves are adopted to control pressure and flow rate, making the motion fast, stable, reliable, effective and energy-efficient.

Control system

With an European or Japanese PLC and other electrical components plus a touch screen human-computer interface, click-free settings and calibrations can be achieved with one gentle touch. The oblique ascension, elevation and subsidence, and action delay of various operating pressures and flows can all be set separately.

Die closing system

High-strength casting mould; high-tension alloy tie bars; plating wear-resistant hard chromium on the outer surface and a mould adjustment system driven by hydraulic controlled gear, with easy operation and high level of precision and reliability.


Automatic cubrication device

Under the precise control of the main machine PLC, the fixed-amount pressure relief central lubrication installation produced by a Sino-Japanese joint venture can readily perform automatic lubricant charge and timing hinge lubrication, so as to increase the machine service life and reduce downtime.

installation Oil cooler

The vortex finned cooler produced by Shenwei Company, a Sino-Japanese joint venture, is used for cooling oil. It ensures the continuous service of the main machine at appropriate oil temperature thanks to its small size, efficient heat exchange and low pressure loss.
