Lead paste mixer
Application: used to mix the paste for lead-acid battery

Composition: oxide storage silo, weighing devices for oxide, metering system for acid and water, mixer, paste storage, conveying system and control system

Performance & Features
1 The machine can complete the functions automatically: oxide feeding, oxide weighing, water and acid metering, mixing, storing and transporting.
2 The controlling panel can display the data of weight of lead oxide, acid and water, mixing temperature and mixing time. It has both automatic and manual functions.
3 The whole system is programmable controlled according to the production processes.
4 The inner lining, blades and other parts which contact with the acid are made of stainless steel. The drum and the socket of the shaft are integrated together to protect the shaft, bearing and reducer.
5 The power, acid and water are measured by precision weighing.
6 The mixer tank jacket has water cooling system, which can effectively control the temperature during the mixing process to ensure the quality of the paste.
7 The paste storage can move parallelly along the original position with electric power.
