The machine is a kind of timber extrusion equipment to adapt for section demand and upper crystal precision that adopt PLC,transducer,touching screen,circumrotate coder,
simulating mete block,closed loop control,practice constant speed extrusion or gradually dropping speed extra extrusion. As the filtered molten aluminum is level on the casting table and flows under the first oxidation film, secondary pollution and metal oxidation loss are prevented.

To make the best use of the horizontal plane of the casting machine, the crystallizers can be designed as compact crystallizers for multiple casting.

Because of the fast flow rate of the molten aluminum and the reduced heat radiation, the casting temperature can be lowered, increasing the degree of crystallization when cooling, causing high auto-nucleation and fine-grained crystals.

In addition, the inherent characteristics of the short crystallizer cause the effective crystal height of the molten aluminum in the crystallizer to be shorter than with normal hot top casting, resulting in a shallow sump and very thin-shelled, uniformly grained castings with excellent surface smoothness.

Blast Room is designed and fabricated as per the size requested by the customer. The components may be different on the basis of requests of customer . It is often equipped with one or two main doors for material access.
The structure of the room may consist either of steel walls or self-bearing panels with polyurethane insulation. The internal walls are lined with wear-proof rubber. The floor is made of steel grating, which cover the automatic recovery system for abrasive.
The material handling can be done by trolleys or by overhead crane.
The room includes pedestrian access doors, lighting system, fixed walkways or mobile platforms for the sand-blasting of the higher parts, manual shot-blasting unit, ventilation and dust extraction system, and self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

Main application:
Widely used to treat the surface of large parts and oversized workpiece, such as: heavy locomotives, auto, coach, steel rack, steel frame assembly, and the larger pieces of hardware and daily necessities..

The secondary cooling device, otherwise called as spary-rinsing tubes, is mounted right below the crystallizer.
The secondary cooling device, otherwise called as spary-rinsing tubes, is mounted right below the crystallizer. The spray-rinsing tubes are in the shape of an arc. The secondary cooling device is comprised of nozzles of different model and flow rate, carriage, flexible tie-in, and fixation block. The fixation block and carriage are inside the secondary cooling room. The upper part of the arc-shape rinsing tubes is inserted into the flexible tie-ins while the tie-ins are sealed by the sealing ring.
The molten steel is turned into billets through first cooling in the crystallizer. The fresh billet shell is usually 8-15mm thick when it is withdrawn from the crystallizer, and it still has molten steel core inside the billet shell. For better solidification and withdrawal of the billets, the continuous casting machine is equipped with secondary cooling device and guidance device. The secondary cooling device is controlled automatically.

The cooling strength has a great influence on the billet quality, such as central star cracks, center segregation, and looseness.
The secondary cooling device cools the billets from top to bottom, and the cooling strength is from strong to weak. Different billet type should be cooled at different strength. The nozzles for the secondary cooling device are atomization ones with the advantage of high jetting speed, complete atomization, high cooling efficiency, large coverage area, and cooling evenness
