This is a novel vibratory shakeout machine. It is used for falling sand after molding and pouring of resin sand and sodium silicate-bonded sand, so that it can separate flask from the molding sand and the castings from molding sand. The largest sand block is less than Φ50. Due to the good fluidity of molding sand, it applies the way of edge-drop sand, which is reasonable and advanced in structure, high efficiency in falling sand, steady in opening and stopping machine with low noise.
