1.LH1000T type 10000KN horizontal cold chamber die casting machine is the new product of our factory,it is based on the J11 series of die casting machine combination of advanced hydraulic technology.
2.Die locking structure adopt new adopted the new-style and hydraulic-driven oblique bent elbow force-amplifying structure which can meet the requirements of closing motion characteristics,with smooth and reliable clamping force and less energy consumption and so on.
3.Injection part adopts double loop 4-level injection,high pressure and high speed is the feature of our die casting machine.
4.In hydraulic system,the oil pressure actuator sent to every structure by oil pump is controled by relief valve,pressure rise or drop has a smooth transition ,it can save energy for the whole system.
5.The process parameters can received the reliable adjustment through PLC and hydraulic,so it can achieve satisfactory result..
