SF-ZY series Fully automatic core shooting machine is researched and developed to meet the requirement of modern cast pipe production. It is applicable to make DN80-800 T interface sand core. The basic features of this machine are summarized as follows:
It is hydraulic driven with high automation and stability.
It has a compact structure and good sealability. Waste gas can be collected effectively and then treated to be environment friendly.
Stepless variable control can be realized for core box installation space and mould open travel distance. Easy dismantlement is suitable for frequent replacement and assembly of core boxes of various sizes. 2 to 5 small core boxes can be installed at one time (duplicate module) to fully utilize and maximize its efficacy in different condition.
Movable shooting head is adopted to separate the charging port from the chamber, which will effectively avoid sand spill caused by improper sealing of sand charging valve during shooting sand. Shooting head and air blowing plate are mounted onto the same slide board. Sand hopper is placed next to the chamber. Oil cylinder drives the slide board according to preset program to complete charging-shooting-blowing cycle automatically.
Core sand configuration system is located on top of sand charging hopper where there is a level indicator. Automatic sand charging is achievable to prevent sand shooting operation failure due to the short supply of sand.
Stable performance and low energy consumption. When shooting the shooting head dips, but core box and the heavy lower platform remains still. Four columns firmly connect the upper and lower platforms to form a steady frame, which ensures the stable operation and low energy consumption.
Easy to demould and decore. There is a core rod lifting device on lower platform. When the clamping cylinder starts demoulding the core rod will descend from the core supporting plate then supporting plate will carry the sand core out. By using the demoulding (drawing of patterns) method it is easy to remove the core. Meanwhile it guarantees good quality with using ejector pin which may cause damages to the core during removing.
The action of clamping core box and ascending the core rod is variable motion to ensure the coordination between speed and stability.
