SF-ZY30 core shooter machine is a new type of core shooter casting machine
SF-ZY30 core shooter machine is a new type of core shooter which is especially used for socket load core in pipe casting industry. It is cold core box core shooter and patent product of our company.
The basic features of core shooter are as follow:
1. Adopt new type multi-function push down vertical sand inject air package, which achieves that high pressure air blow directly and shoot the sand equally. Ring like core box can be fully injected, which guarantee sand core structure strength effectively.

2 .Adopt movable floating shooting head and blowing plate, sand feeding station and sand shooting station separated, which achieves not only avoiding sand leakage from the sand feeding valve but also shooting head push down sand-shooting and blow board push down blowing (work desk and core box don’t move), it reduced the consumption of the machine running, and reduced the work cycle.

3 .The latest mold strip and core taking method: open the mold while withdraw core rod downward, and then the core will be taken out by the bottom plate directly. Its advantages are: reasonable sand core force, quickly mold strip, easily to take the core.

4. Mold installs space and mold open stroke can be adjusted continuously in a certain range, and it avoids unnecessary waste, which can be used in various diameters sand core production. The range for large core shooter is from DN80 to DN1000, which reduces the investment of the project construction.
