Fluidized bed cooler

Fluidized bed cooler is used to cool high temperature used sand in foundry plant to avoid casting problems.
Centrifugal air blower is used to fluidize the return sand inside the chamber. The sand in such condition will do heat exchange with heat exchanger and the cooling air. Water spraying nozzles also aid the cooling system.
The cooler will consist of a pressure chamber, distribution plate, fabricated cooling chamber and hood.
