1.Usage
As a special equipment to produce the industrial grid of lead-acid accumulator, ZDX70D industrial grid casting machine has the features of melting of alloy lead, keeping constant temperature of the moulds, the ration lead feeding, the casting of the grids, the gas of liquid lead protection, the cutting and collection grids with more automatic and intelligent production procedures fitting for varied alloy lead.

2.Structure features:

2.1.The drive of main machine: all other drive of main machine adopts mechanical drive except the opening and closing of molds and ration lead feeding be air-driven. The speed control of the main machine uses the frequency transformer to realize variable speed.

2.2.Lead feeding system: the lead pump adopt rotating pump to realize the ration lead feeding and the quantity of lead feeding can be micro-adjusted.

he lead feeding pipe is heated by electro heat pipe. The temperature can be controlled automatically and be demonstrated in operation panel.

2.4The lead ladle and lead cup adopt the burning gas protection from lead oxidation. The temperature of lead ladle is controlled in the way that the heat meter of lead ladle controls the on-off of electro heating pipe , then realize the automatic control of lead ladle’s temperature(490-530°C)

2.5.Long cutter, lower positioning mechanism: the stripped grids falling onto the conveyer belt will be sent to the grids feeding break rolls through the pressing break rolls and grids sliding board and then be sent to the cutters. The lower positioning mechanism adjusts the position of grid.
Fixed cutter: the specification of grid suitable for is very small with the features of stable and reliable structure.
Proximity switch from German, LG frequency transformer from Korea, pneumatic components from Taiwan AirTAC
Electric control system combine the former electric control cabinet of main machine and lead melting furnace as a whole to realize concentrated control for easy operation and maintenance.


2.6.The casting of grid mould: annular release crack a
nd T-shaped water cooling device. The temperature of mould(140-180°C)is controlled through the way that the heat meter control the connection and disconnection of electric heat pipe and circulating water control the temperature automatically. (710×(20-250)×(3-6)mm)

2.7.The grids will be sent onto the storage rack by the rolling board. The distance can be adjusted by hand wheel to meet the grid.
