The shots and mixture are unloaded from the hoppers on the hoist machine, the whole separating area is loaded evenly and a shots-sand stream is formed, then it crossed a horizontal airflow with the air speed of 4-5m/s. As the quality of the shots, the broken shots and the sand are different, after the air flowing, the larger shots are deviated near and drop in the shot-restoring hopper for recycling, while the sand and the broken shots are deviated far and drop in the abrasive hopper to discharge. The dust is discharged by dedusting pipes.
