3 Structure and working principle of main machine
Die casting machine is consist of major die casting machine, pressing mould system, lead melting furnace, oil pressure system and electric control system. The main machine realizes the slide of mould. The unfixed mould can be open through the mechanism of open and close of mould, and then the operator can fetch the grid. The pressing mould system compact the fix mould through eccentric axis (mould locking force is big enough), and then proceed to the die casting of liquid lead. The lead block is melted in the lead melting furnace, and the lead alloy liquid is injected into the mould through the lead pressing mechanism. The whole process is controlled through the hydraulic pressure electric control system with the feature of convenient operation.
