I . summarize
Y918A eddy pneumatic convey device design according to china pressure vessel standard. When the material was mixed into stated mixing ratio with compress air, this device translates them to discharge port by pipe. This device have the following feature :
1.Dense phase conveying , air, materials, separate spacing , speed is small , adding global elbow and all this elements make less , less material crushing pipe wear, ensure long service-period
2.
As global elbow is equipped in pipeline the transporting direction can be change arbitrary, and shall be easy installed and take less space.

automatic control translating, multiply port discharge.

III .
primary structure & operational principle
1. Mainly compared with sending tanks, sending pipe, supercharger, elbow, discharger and control system (gas control and Electrical control system).

Conveyor: Figure 3 shows, Mainly compared by sending tanks, sand feeding device, input& output air device, level indicator, control valve and other related components. Plus sand unit, intake and exhaust devices are sealed by cylinder, sand discharger are connected with the pipeline by elbow. Transmitter is the key component of pneumatic conveying system which is installed in the sand storage normally.
Material feeding quantity and volume can be measured by time or volume or other ways. While feeding sand into the transmitter; open cylinder of add sand valve, at the same time, normally situation the exhaust valve in the exhaust port is always open. When finished feeding sand, the feeding port closed, the air inlet port open, at the same time the exhaust port closed, add the pressure on the sand, was pressed to send the material was fluidized, the material handling will be sent out, the material sent from the start and stop on , the next level meter to control. While sand transposing action is over closed air intake port and open the vents , exhausting . the air discharging port should connect with dust pipe cause same dust is contained.
