2. It uses injection molding technology which is high efficiency. The casting quality is better than other machine, and hardness is over 80.
3. The hydraulic and pneumatic system uses famous standard components. Key parts use original imported components to improve its reliability.
4. The main hydro-cylinder uses composite cylinder structure which simplifies whole machine structure.
5. It uses proportional valve to control hydraulic motion.
6. The hydraulic system has control function of mold closing force and pressure sensor, which guarantees synchronism of main machine and auxiliary equipments, and avoids crushing sand molds.
7.Mold closing precision is about0.1~0.14mm.
8. The bottom plate, side plate and top plate of molding cabinet use high hardness wear resistant material which has long service life.
