Vacuum mounding process :
1.Vacuum casting production line is a special casting method invented and developed in Japan in the 20th century, it uses the single sand with a plastic film by the heating to coat molding through exhaust device .Sealed sand box and mould pumping into the vacuum, they can create the internal and external pressures error and to make the dry sand compact so that it can form the needed mould.

The vacuum molding line adopts single sand as the cast sand,use the plastic film to coat molding after heating ,pluming the vacuum make the inside and external pressure error to make the sand compact that it can from the needed mould .

Vacuum molding casting’s surface is in good quality, less casting defects, easy mold release, and high precision in cast size, and the sand is without binder, thus, it is almost full recovery, which reduces material costs, and it is gradually used.
