is ideal for the production of oxygen-free copper rods for the wire and cable industry, with the outstanding properties of high conductivity and good draw ability. It can also be used to produce other copper alloy.
Our Upward Continuous Casting Line
has the main advantages of low investment, good product quality, pollution free and easy operation. Different line configurations are available for production capacity range from 3,000tons to 10,000tons per year. Different rod diameters can be chosen-- 8mm, 17mm, 20mm and 25mm etc.
The upward casting machine is driven by servo motors in order to guarantee stability in speed and precision control. The servo motor drive is equipped with touch screen human-machine interface for easy and convenient operations.
Coiling speed and laying pattern of the coiler is automatically synchronized and controlled according to the pre-set values.
The whole line is controlled by sophisticated plc system and all machines are automatically synchronized.
All the lines are designed and built to be able to work continuously on 3-shift basis.
1.Charge machine: The charge machine consists of one hold-in range.
2.Furnace: It consists of power frequency induction melting furnace and power frequency induction holding furnace.
3.Withdrawal machine: On one side of the withdrawal machine, there are two sets of AC servo motor device. Every crystallizer can be installed easily.
4. Level tracking device makes the machine keep fixed distance with the melting copper level.
5. Double coiler: It consists of motors, reducer, coiling device, rotating disk device and so on. The rod are driven by two pairs of clamping rolling wheels and coiled by the automatically rotating disks. 6. Temperature measurement system: The temperature measurement system of unit can measure the temperature of the molten copper and the inlet and outlet water in cooling water system.
