Application
This IF rapid melting furnace is mainly apply to melt iron, steel, copper, aluminum & alloy. Since it's features of short melting time, it can saving more energy than the normal kind of furnace.

IF rapid melting furnace specification:

Energy-saving:
Due to melting faster, heating-loss dropped significantly, compared with the same capacity of the ordinary smelter, energy-saving1/3.

High-service-life of furnace:
Due to short-time of single-melting, the time of high-temperature molten steel washing against the furnace wall is short, so the average service life of this smelter is 2 or 3 times longer than the ordinary smelter.
3.
Less-element-burning:
Short-time melting reduce the loss rate of the effective alloy elements, burning loss rate of the element is 20% - 60% of the general smelter, then ensure the quality of the alloy.
4.
fast-replacement-furnace:
Apply to the technology of a water-cooled manual switch, switching from one furnace to another only needs a few seconds.
Can equip pure water closed power source cooling system and hydraulic pressure overturning system.
5.

Can equip entirety closed pure water cooling system.
