III Structur
e
This machine consists of diffusion room, boiling room, the bellow, blower system. The machine must be equipped with water recycling system and suction dedusting system. The moulding sand before getting into the machine must be processed by magnetic separation and the screening.

The bellow is the foundation of the whole machine and the divider of blower system. Its cover connects to the boiling room. The cold wind from blower system blows up and boils sand through the boiling board.

The boiling room consists of the welded steel frame, water cooling line in heat exchanger and distribution water tank. The molding sand is fluidized by the high pressure, so it is the carrier of the fluidized molding sand which contacts with cold wind and cooling water in the boiling room, playing cooling effect.

The diffusion room is the outspread of boiling sand. There designs the access door to remove foreign bodies left in the diffusion room for maintenance staff setting into the machine.

Blower system consists of muffler, high pressure blower, distributing valve and pipeline. It is the power system of fluidized sand.
IV Power allocation
It requests three-phase 380 voltage power supply. Duo to the simple operation, there is not equipped electronic control system (except for special requirement from clients). The users design their reasonable electronic control system. We suggest that the blower sets down of voltage starting, and the special with reference to users’ power grid.
