Same Level Hot top Aluminium Casting Machine
is the most extensive adopted half continuous aluminiumand aluminium alloy casting at present.


Main characteristics:

1.All casting equipment have a casting rate in excess of 95%.
2.The casting tablesapplies internal water-cooling with evenly regulated flow. Transfer plate and main launder with outstanding heat-preserving quality. Little fluid fluctuation during casting, resistant to dross, no leakage.
3.The transfer plate mouth applies trapeziform design,which prevents it from being spattered by molten aluminium ,resulting in a longer using life.
4.After milling, the starting head base make all the dummy bar haed be in the same level, which can avoid leakages of molten aluminium and prevent the starting head from sticking when casting is started.
