7.component parts of heat up furnace
1. feed: pneumatic cylinder drive
2.Feed come out: pneumatic cylinder upturn
3.Pre-heating up: to make billet heat up to around 200°C
5.Quick Heating-up: to make 200°C billet heat up to the temperature of extruding.
5.temperature balance:To balance the temperature of billet and get better effect.(for one aluminum stick ,the difference measure of the billet head and the foot is 10°C-15°C) .
6.Cycle wind: taking the advantage of strong convection, absorbing the heat and then belch into the cold billet in the area of pre-heating up.
