Description:
the system works to remove the residue coating of adhesive film on the surface of old sand. In according to the principle, it can be divided into three categories. Hot-method, dry-method and wet-method. The organic adhesive resin is usually water-immiscible so the wet-method is only suitable for the water glass sand. Dry-method is simple, less-pollution, low-cost and energy-saving and is extensively applied in resin sand. Hot-method reclaiming is only used for film removing of cold-setting sand requiring high removing rate.
