Description(Application) :
This product is designed for mixing hard resin and sodium silicate-bonded sand .
Features:
l The adhesion agent supply system uses an electrical variable diaphragm pump and a year pump which are noted for light weight,compact design and stable flow volume.
l Evenly mixed sand guarantees the quality of molding(core molding).
l The mixing process does not require much time,free from burs and tail stand and feature tidy material discharge after operation.
l Open sand mixing auger is designed to ease blade cleaning and calibrating and simplified operation.
l Single auger structure features simplified design and less investment.
l A regulator can be installed at the inlet of the mixer foradjusting the portion of new and used sand according to production need control precisely the quantity of new and used sand supply.During the mixing process,percentage of new and used sand can be freely adjusted according to advance setup.
l A PLC is used for electrical control , efficient restriction protection ,analog screen display ,stable operation and automatic production.
