1. Application:
This machine is mainly used to make the sand cores for the sand casting industries.

2. Machine Feature:

(1) High production efficiency: Both actions of sand feeding & clamping are finished at the same time, then cores harden in the hot-core box immediately. A working cycle only takes tens or more to dozens of seconds, and can make serval sand cores in one time.
(2) Good quality of sand core: The sand cores with precision dimension & smooth surface, can reduce the machining allowance of castings.
(3) Not need many auxiliary device & tools, such as core oven, dryer, core bar, wax wire and so on.
