The Separator (Spare parts of shot blasting cleaning machine)
The shots and mixture are unloaded from the hoppers on the hoist machine, the whole separating area is loaded evenly and a shots-sand stream is formed, then it crossed a horizontal airflow with the air speed of 4-5m/s. As the quality of the shots, the broken shots and the sand are different, after the air flowing, the larger shots are deviated near and drop in the shot-restoring hopper for recycling, while the sand and the broken shots are deviated far and drop in the abrasive hopper to discharge. The dust is discharged by dedusting pipes.

The box-type degassing machine

Inert gases full time contact with aluminum melting liquid,and effectively guaranteed degassing effect.
Information of online degassing
Aluminum melting liquid contains a large number of bubble and impurities, which is one of the important factors affecting the quality of aluminum products. Online treating device is online decontamination device for aluminum melting device through taking out hydrogen in melting liquid by floating inert gases and neutralizing the basic metals in melting liquid by chlorine or carbon tetrachloride to reach the purposes of melting liquid purification.
The box-type degassing installations adopts degasification box by use of workstations -through milling in melting liquid by revolution spray head to ensure inert gases full time contact with aluminum melting liquid, and effectively guaranteed degassing effect. The box-type degasification include a single-rotor, double-rotor model and so on.
Filter box use a honeycomb ceramic filter plate as a filter medium to achieve online aluminum melting liquid filtration. Filtering effect depends on the porosity and quality of filtration medium; the main filtering methods are immersion-press and insert-press.

1.This line adopts the advanced technology of the relative products of American SCR,French CEGEDUR-SECTM,mainly to produce Al-Mg-Si alloy rod with a dia 9.5mm which are used as electrical conductor of high intensity,and Al-Mn rod with a dia of 9.5mm.These rods produced conform to the items of IEC,ASTM and GB,and have the competitive with the relative international products.The changed production line can be used to produce alloy rod which used to produce rivets,welding rods and alloy rods with high intensity,high heat-resistant,high corrosion resistance and low creepage.
2.Induction heater meets the temperature requirement of the cast bar for rolling process.With the function of temperature rising,it can do heating and adjusting automatically.
3.Crystallizing wheel is in type of "H",on every side of which there is an adjusting nozzle spraying water to ensure the cast bar close and well distributed.The continuous rolling machine has a function of auotical feeding and rods stacking stop.
4.The production line is provided with the function of continuous quenching and fast cooling.The water pipeline makes a closed system by themselves with cooler,filter and indictor for main pipe pressing and temperature.
5.The transmission system is in type of DC motor fully-digital speed adjusting.By adopting PLC and touch screen for the complete line control,it can display the different kinds of temperatures,such as temperature of the cast bar,the beginning of rolling,final rolling emulsion,oil and water for quenching.Also it can check and dispaly the parameter of machine as well as the break down.
