CNC Machine for Joint Plate
1.Function :
This machine is mainly used for the punching and marking the joint plate in the field of iron tower industry. It is also used for punching and marking of metal plate of other industries.
2. Structure and Features:
The body of the machine is fortified with C-Type welding structure, with rigidity and longevity of services. There are three Module Positions( one module is for marking). Auto Module swapping system. The Clamping system can work with various Thickness, Zero position Block, Work piece is supported by Ball Table. The Running of Axes X and Y is driven by servo motor and Ball Screw shaft. The Punching Position is controlled by double axes numerical control system. The Complete processing can be automatically carried out. The operator input the size of work piece which can be re-used thereafter.



3. Technique Characteristics :
Integration of Mechanism,electronics and hydraulics
PLC control and Servo motor feeding system
Trouble Shooting and Malfunction’s diagnosis system.
Easy Program setup. The Program can be setup manually or input by lofting software automatically through USB or networks
l Support CAD Drawings.
