Welded structure, round shape water cooled channel is designed at the sealing surface. The valve body and valve disc are water cooled.
A floating seal device connects the stem and the bonnet of the valve.
Medium pressure difference ensures the valve seal completely. Valve has to be open/closed after pressure equalization.
The main material is Q235, 20g, 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the special heat-resistant alloy steel.

The valve is cooled by the industrial cycled water. The temperature difference of inlet and outlet water is below 12°C. This valve needs to be prevented frostbite when not working.
