It is specially designed for mixing resin sand and water glass self-hardened sand. It is the ideal mixing equipment in foundry industry for the feature of fast and uniform mixing, rational structure, high efficiency, steady performance and facilitated operation.
Its advanced transmission system uses planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer which is efficient, noiseless small in size.
Double stirrers and double inner-outer scrapping plates is one of the features. It can make the material self-overturn mix to uniform mixing in a short time. It has positive effect on improving moulding sand property.
Another feature of the sand mixer is the transmission gear integral installed on the machine plate. This sand mixer can be horizontal laid in the work place without foundation. It is convenient for transportation and installation.
