Sand temperature regulation

The machine is used for regeneration of resin sand temperature control after treatment, when the reclaimed sand temperature is higher than the expected temperature, we can select the cooling water circulation system so as to cool regenerative sand to the target temperature; when the regenerative sand temperature falls below a predetermined temperature, select the heating water circulation system, thus it can heat the regenerative sand to the target temperature.

The features of this machine:
1. All are used seamless pipe heat exchanger, compact structure, uniform temperature or low temperature.
2. It is used the fixed grid and activities of the grid structure, so that sand temperature control becomes more convenient, and the scheduled sand temperature is more uniform.
3. Normal use requires that all have been reclaimed sand is full of seamless pipe, or seamless pipe will expose the branch that is generated by the temperature difference drops.
4. As for the same circulating water system, you can choose sand or sand cooling heating for your needs.
