2.5 Casting machine discription
 Be suited to cast the copper and copper-mg alloy billet, mainly be used to cast the round and flat billets.
2.5.1 Casting furnace body
 Top welded box for supporting the crystallization trolley. 45# steel screw shaft is in the middle of the frame. On both sides are leading rods for bear the weight of the tilting and pouring the liquid copper.
2.5.2 Crystallization trolley
The crystallizer is installed in the trolley.
2.5.3 Transmission device
 AC frequency motor drive the screw shaft by umbrella the gear
2.5.4 Casting height and speed display
 Speed display device on the platform，the billet length can be displayed by the mechanical device. To make sure the safe casting process, up-down emergency limited device and length alarm device are installed on the machine.
Maintenance
3.1 Maintain and repair the screw shaft and copper screws regularly. Add butter and clear the dirty things on the transmission device.
3.2 Add engine oil to the transmission devices regularly. Add lubrication oil to the vibration devices.
3.3 Check the limit switch and change the damaged ones.
