B-type core shooter Z84 is a new automatic cold box shooter, which is designed and developed by absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining with our own core making experience. This model is the most popular top-pressing design. It consists of two types: horizontal parting and vertical parting.
This model is especially suitable for cores with complicated shape, automatic operation and higher efficiency. And this machine should be equipped with gas generator which is newly designed by our company
1.Top ejecting and shooting are integrated together, which not only simplifies its actions, improve core making efficiency but also make core pressing realizable if necessary
2.Top clamping structure ensures short working stroke, good stability, large clamping force, no shock on machine as well as easy maintenance
3.Specially core shooting structure with low shooting pressure but strong shooting capability
4.During the whole working cycle from sand shooting to solidification, the core box will remain in steady high pressure clamping status without any displacement which ensures high precision for core.
5.The machine is equipped with automatic top and bottom ejecting pin, quick core ejecting and little damage.
6.Automatic quick pattern exchanging system for core box loading and unloading is not only convenient and reliable, ensures high core box loading precision, but also greatly save the mould unloading time (generally a few minutes).
7.Equipped with spraying and air-shooting system for easy cleaning of core box.
8.Equipped with automatic sand cleaning system which greatly reduces the labor intensity and working time for the workers.
9.Exhaust emission device is mounted inside and directly connected to exhaust dealing system, to strengthen the core making force, purify the environment and reduce the pollution.
10.Siemens S7PLC with operation panel view, and hydraulic system uses proportional valve to control the speed. The control system is advanced and reliable, which improves the stability and reliability of its movement
