The machine can cast both calcium alloy and low antimony alloy, with automatic casting, riming and handling. It features stable operation, easy maintenance and wide range of grid dimension.
Mold temperature is regulated with electrical heating and circulated water cooling, adjustable water flow reducing temperature fluctuation.
two ways for lead casting are optional: reliable and convenient pneumatic casting or traditional mechanical casting
two lead feeding valves are optional: inside or outside, both are low energy consumption and maintenance
sin-curved frame of cam reduces impacts and makes the movements smooth
up-moving slide has water cooling, making good trimming quality
built-out trimming positioning device can be adjusted without stopping the machine
